Effective date: 17 October 2026
1. Business and Scope
These Terms of Service apply to enquiries, reservations and photography-related services supplied by DRESS SHOOTS PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES, trading as Dress Shoots Dubai, under Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism e-Trader (Professional) Licence No. 1147529 (“Dress Shoots”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By confirming a booking or signing a reservation and photography services agreement, the customer agrees to these Terms, the selected package description, the written booking confirmation and the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Mandatory rights under UAE law remain unaffected.
2. Booking and Confirmation
A website form, WhatsApp message, quotation or availability discussion is a booking request only. A booking becomes confirmed when Dress Shoots issues written confirmation and any required deposit or payment condition shown in the quotation or agreement has been satisfied.
The written confirmation must identify the date, start time, location, package, number of participants, package quantity, selected extras and total price. Customers purchasing more than one package must ensure that every package, participant and service is listed in the confirmation.
The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old, have authority to book for all participants and provide accurate information.
3. Packages and Included Services
Our principal packages are Silver, Gold, VIP, Luxury Car and Luxury Yacht. Depending on the selected package, services may include a one- or two-hour photoshoot, a professional female assistant, flying dress use, make-up or hair services, hotel transfer, edited photographs, selected JPEG photographs, a Reels video, and a horse, camel, luxury vehicle or private yacht experience.
Only the items and quantities stated on the package page and repeated in the customer’s written booking confirmation are included. Package descriptions and prices may change for future bookings, but changes will not reduce a confirmed booking without the customer’s agreement.
“Selected JPEG photographs” means the usable images curated after quality control and delivered in JPEG format. It does not include RAW files, test images, duplicates, materially blurred or technically unsuccessful frames. The number of fully retouched photographs is the number included in the selected package. RAW or source files are not included unless expressly agreed in writing.
Third-party elements, including vehicles, yachts, horses, camels, venues, permits and transfers, remain subject to supplier, safety and operational availability. Where a specifically booked element becomes unavailable, we will offer a reasonably comparable alternative, rescheduling, or an appropriate refund for the unavailable element.
4. Prices, Currency and Payment
The confirmed price is the AED amount stated in the written booking confirmation. Any USD or other currency amount shown on the website is an approximate convenience conversion only. The AED amount controls, and the customer’s bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or fees.
The deposit, remaining balance, payment method and due date are those stated in the quotation or signed agreement. Unless the written confirmation states otherwise, full payment must be completed no later than the photoshoot day by a method accepted by Dress Shoots.
Any tax or mandatory charge will be shown as required by applicable law. We will not add an undisclosed service or banking fee after confirmation. A dated receipt or invoice will be provided as applicable.
5. Customer Responsibilities
The customer must:
- provide correct contact, hotel, participant, size, dress, access and special-requirement information;
- arrive ready and on time at the confirmed meeting point;
- follow reasonable safety, venue, vehicle, yacht and animal-handler instructions;
- obtain permission for any privately controlled location unless Dress Shoots has expressly agreed to arrange it;
- disclose mobility, health, pregnancy, allergy or other information that is reasonably necessary for safe delivery of the service; and
- ensure that minors are supervised by a parent or legal guardian.
Customer lateness may shorten the photoshoot, transfer, styling or third-party experience without a price reduction. A materially late arrival may be treated as a no-show where the service or supplier can no longer be provided.
6. Safety, Weather and Locations
Desert, city, vehicle, yacht and animal experiences involve changing weather, traffic, access and safety conditions. Dress Shoots and its suppliers may change the sequence, location, equipment or timing where reasonably necessary for safety or legal compliance, while preserving the main character and value of the package where possible.
Customers must not endanger themselves, staff, animals, property or other persons. We may pause or end a service if unsafe, abusive, unlawful or materially disruptive conduct continues after a reasonable warning. Refunds in such circumstances will depend on the services already supplied and unavoidable costs.
7. Creative Style, Editing and Delivery
The customer acknowledges Dress Shoots’ creative style and grants reasonable artistic discretion over posing, lighting, framing, image selection, colour and retouching. Examples in our portfolio illustrate style but do not guarantee identical weather, light, scenery, dress movement or appearance.
Subject to the customer providing any required selection promptly:
- selected JPEG photographs are normally delivered within 2 business days after the photoshoot;
- an edited Reels video included in the package is normally delivered within 2 business days; and
- the package’s allocated retouched photographs are normally delivered within 21 days after the customer submits the selected photo numbers.
Delivery periods are estimates and may be reasonably extended for large or multi-package bookings, delayed customer selections, technical recovery, public holidays or events outside our reasonable control. We will inform the customer of a material delay.
The customer must review delivered files promptly and report a technical delivery issue or material omission within a reasonable time.
8. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use
Dress Shoots retains copyright and other intellectual-property rights in the photographs, videos, edits and creative work, subject to applicable law. Once the agreed price has been paid, the customer receives a personal, non-exclusive licence to download, display, print and share the delivered files for personal and non-commercial use.
Commercial advertising, resale, licensing to third parties, material alteration presented as Dress Shoots’ work, or use by another business requires prior written permission. Social-media cropping and normal platform formatting are permitted.
Portfolio and promotional use by Dress Shoots is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and booking agreement. Customers may submit a written opt-out before the photoshoot. Minor participants require parent or guardian authorisation.
9. Cancellation, Rescheduling and No-Shows
Cancellation, rescheduling, weather disruption, no-shows and refunds are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy published on our website and incorporated into these Terms.
The signed booking confirmation may include specific, clearly disclosed third-party conditions for a yacht, vehicle, horse, camel, venue or permit. Such conditions apply only to the relevant component and do not remove mandatory consumer rights.
10. Personal Belongings and External Events
Customers remain responsible for passports, jewellery, phones, clothing and other personal belongings. To the extent permitted by law, Dress Shoots is not responsible for loss or damage that it did not cause, or for delays caused by traffic, weather, venue restrictions, government action, transport interruption or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct or rights and remedies that UAE consumer law makes mandatory.
11. Service Concerns
If the service does not materially match the confirmed package, the customer should contact us promptly with the booking reference and details. Depending on the issue and applicable law, an appropriate remedy may include correction, re-editing, re-performance, replacement, a proportionate refund or a full refund for a service not supplied.
12. Force Majeure
Force majeure may include severe weather, natural events, government decisions, emergencies, venue closure, transport interruption, supplier safety cancellation or another event outside the reasonable control of the affected party. The parties will first seek a reasonable rescheduling or equivalent alternative. If the affected service cannot be supplied within a reasonable period, any refund will be handled under the Cancellation & Refund Policy and applicable law.
13. Governing Law and Contact
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The parties will first attempt to resolve a complaint directly and in good faith. This clause does not prevent a customer from using a competent consumer-protection authority or court.
