Dress Shoots Dubai is operated by DRESS SHOOTS PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES, a Dubai sole establishment licensed under Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism e-Trader (Professional) Licence No. 1147529 (“Dress Shoots”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and share personal data when you visit dressshoots.com, submit an enquiry, communicate with us, book a photography service, participate in a photoshoot or receive photographs and videos from us.

2. Personal Data We Collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- identity and contact information, including your name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number and country;
- booking information, including the selected package, photoshoot date, time, location, hotel or transfer details, number and names of participants, dress choices, sizes, styling preferences and special requests;
- photographs, video recordings, voice or likeness captured during the service, together with your selected images and editing instructions;
- communications sent through our website, email, telephone, WhatsApp or social media;
- transaction and invoice information, such as amounts paid, payment status, currency and transaction reference. If an online or card payment is offered, the payment provider processes the card details; we do not intentionally store your full card number or security code;
- technical and usage information, such as IP address, device and browser information, cookie identifiers, pages viewed, referring pages and analytics or advertising interactions; and
- consent records, including any permission or objection relating to portfolio, website, social media or promotional use.
Please do not send passport, Emirates ID, payment-card or other sensitive information unless we specifically request it and explain why it is required.
3. How We Use Personal Data
We use personal data to:
- answer enquiries and provide quotations;
- check availability, create and administer bookings, agreements, payments, transfers and supplier arrangements;
- provide photography, styling, dress, make-up, hair, vehicle, yacht, horse, camel or other booked services;
- communicate before, during and after the photoshoot;
- select, edit, deliver and support access to photographs and videos;
- issue invoices and maintain business, accounting and legal records;
- protect customers, staff, equipment and the security of our website and systems;
- understand and improve our website, services and advertising; and
- comply with applicable UAE laws and lawful requests from competent authorities.
We process personal data where it is necessary to take steps requested by you or perform a booking contract, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate operational and security interests, or on the basis of consent where consent is required.
4. Photographs, Videos and Portfolio Use
We process photographs and videos to perform the booked service and deliver the agreed files. Portfolio, website, social-media or promotional use is separate from service delivery.
Where required, we will rely on your permission for promotional use. You may object or opt out in writing before the photoshoot, as stated in the booking agreement. You may also withdraw consent for future promotional use by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect use that was lawful before withdrawal, printed materials already produced, or legal record-keeping. We will take reasonable steps to stop future use under our control.
We do not use a minor’s image for promotional purposes without the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
5. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising
Our website may use essential cookies needed for security and functionality, and optional analytics or advertising technologies, including Google services. These technologies may collect device, usage and interaction information. Where required, optional cookies will be used according to your cookie choices. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings, although blocking essential cookies may affect website functions.
Third-party websites, social networks and WhatsApp have their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for their independent processing of your data.
6. When We Share Personal Data
We may share only the data reasonably needed with:
- photographers, assistants, editors, make-up and hair professionals and other team members assigned to the booking;
- hotels, transport providers, venues and booked third-party experience providers, such as yacht, vehicle, horse or camel operators;
- website hosting, email, cloud storage, analytics, advertising, communications and payment service providers;
- accountants, insurers, legal advisers and professional consultants; and
- regulators, law-enforcement bodies, courts or other authorities where legally required.
We do not sell personal data. Service providers are expected to use personal data only for the relevant service and to protect it appropriately.
7. International Transfers
Some service providers may process data outside the United Arab Emirates. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we use appropriate contractual, technical or other lawful safeguards required by applicable data-protection law.
8. Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including service delivery, customer support, legal claims and statutory accounting or business records. Image and video files may be retained for editing, delivery, backup and agreed portfolio use. Retention periods may vary according to the booking, the customer’s instructions and legal requirements. When data is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete, anonymise or securely archive it.
Customers should download and securely back up delivered files. Dress Shoots is not a permanent archive service unless this is expressly agreed in writing.
9. Your Choices and Rights
Subject to applicable law and permitted exceptions, you may ask us to:
- confirm whether we process your personal data and provide access to it;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- delete data that is no longer required;
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- provide data in a portable format where applicable; or
- record or act on withdrawal of consent.
We may ask for reasonable proof of identity before responding. Some information may need to be retained where required by law, for payment or accounting records, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
10. Security
We use reasonable organisational and technical measures intended to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure, so customers should also use secure devices and protect delivery links from unauthorised access.
11. Children
A booking must be made by an adult aged 18 or over. A parent or legal guardian must authorise a minor’s participation and should remain responsible for the minor throughout the service.
12. Changes and Contact
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our services, technology or legal obligations. The effective date shown above identifies the latest version. Material changes will be published on this page.
